Tell us what you want to see on our site by sending us images from magazines or the web, letters you’ve written, essays, art projects, or activist projects! But please, use these guidelines so they’re more likely to get posted on our site.

First, please consider including the following information for us to include with the great stuff you submit:

• your name (first name only if you prefer)
• age
• your city and state

Of course, we always take anonymous submissions. Please tell us whether you would like to remain anonymous and we will honor that.

Image submission guidelines:

KEEP IN MIND that there are a lot of fake ads and videos out there on the web, made to damage the reputations of various companies. (We like to let companies damage their own reputations, and then just tell everyone about it.) So, we need solid sources when you send us stuff. Please send this information if you can:

For magazine or catalog images: Name of catalog/magazine, issue date (for example, July 2011), page number

For sending us electronic files, please scan the image at a size for posting on web/viewing on screen (72dpi), and save as JPG format of the highest quality, then e-mail it to submissions@about-face.org.

Video submission guidelines:

For videos on the internet, we need to know the date you found it, and a link to the page.

If you saw a commercial on TV, please tell us the name of the company, date you saw it, and the show you were watching when you saw it.

Text submission guidelines:

We really like it when you email the text in the body of your email to submissions@about-face.org, but if you must, you may send a Word, TXT, or RTF file.
