Need.To.Eat. Less. Every single diet works. Because they all make us eat less than the ridiculous amount of food we would otherwise eat. But people for some reason seem unable to grasp this (I really don't get why!) therefore yet another useless, silly, here-s-your-miracle book surfaces. Sigh. When will people just realise that all they need to do is to eat less?
