I actually enjoyed this part in the movie. It showed that it was someone else who made her think she was not beautiful as herself.
She broke down and believed it. If he doesn't think i'm beautiful then why should i think that i am.

Eventually another mutant shows up and falls in love with her for who she really is and that's why she decides to stay her true self.

Which saddened me the most. Because this showed that she can't think for herself and needs a man/someone else to tell her.

And ense why i don't agree with many of your rants about companies.

We shouldn't be forcing people/companies to change for anyone.. let them be pigs if they want. etc..

We should be teaching people to think for themselves and that no matter what we can't please everyone so we should please ourselves first. and then things will go how we want them

But what you as about-face are doing with this blog. Is putting down woman who actually do enjoy wearing make up. or dressing a way that doesn't please you. Doing exactly what the other side is doing. Pushing your thought of how things should be.

And this is what saddens me the most.
